Would you care for a dance? You know what they say. It takes two to tango! And tango they did during reSITE Festival!

Who would have thought that? Tango dancers next the National Theatre in Prague!

What are you drawing? We are happy that so many people participated in the urban drawing workshop!

Rosy is not just for adults! This little girl and her stuffed toy enjoyed playing table tennis in the pink bubble!

Rosy, the inflatable pavilion by Raumlabor Berlin was packed with people! One of the topics was about the successful public spaces in Prague. What do you think? Do they exist? Yes? No? Maybe?

Rosy! We can’t wait for you to be in Prague for reSITE Festival. Rosy is this amazing beautiful pink… bubble! It is fascinating to see how Rosy not only transforms and questions the meaning of public space but you can use it for all kinds of different activities. Intrigued? Come to Prague and meet Rosyr during reSITE Festival!

Recent temporary design by Raumlabor: “BANG BANG is analyzing the urban landscape in an active way: collecting, reflecting, interacting, presenting, connecting, interpreting, communicating and defining. BANG BANG is a new concept of variable and ephemeral public space where various programs for the local community, such as workshops for residents, concerts, movies, lectures, conferences, neighborhood meetings, and diverse performances can be held at different locations by making appropriate changes to its structure according to the purpose of the setup or surrounding environment.”

Thank you! You know who you are!
You made some people in Prague/Berlin/New York City very happy. (I bet you thought that the reSITE team is only in Prague but we have support from people who are also in other cities.) Thanks to you, Rosy will give the performance of her lifetime next to the National Theatre in Prague. We hope you will come and visit her. There are only a few more weeks left so make sure you book your ticket in time.

Only 4 days to go. Rosy, the ballerina (also known as an inflatable bubble) wants to dance in Prague during reSITE Festival! We will use it as a pavilion to host free public events: design workshops, a dance performance, film screenings, urban games, and design discussions.
Please help us spread the word.

Please help us spread the word.

We are raising funds to bring an iconic inflatable bubble to Prague for reSITE Festival, an event we are organizing. The name of the bubble is ROSY (the Ballerina). We want to install ROSY in the courtyard of the National Theatre, right in the center of Prague. It is going to be an awesome sight.

The bubble is more than a huge work of public art or architecture. We will use it as a pavilion to host free public events: design workshops, a dance performance, film screenings, urban games, and design discussions. We need something cool and playful, something catchy, and something iconic that can be a physical representation of what we stand for. And, it needs to be free for the public.

The funds collected on kickstarter will help us pay for the installation and associated operational costs. If we surpass our goal, we will use the funds to design and build our own pavilion for future events.
