The forth edition of Festarch starts tomorrow in Perugia (Italy). Until 10 June the festival by Abitare will focus on the theme of Cities within the city, those informal settlements self-created by its inhabitants that challange rational urban planning and move city boundaries. It will present a full programme of events including a talk with Giancarlo Mazzanti and Michael Maltzan about the role of public space.
