Our core interest is in planning strategies that focus primarily on public space, waterfronts and urban mobility as a means to modernize a metropolis for modern citizens to compete regionally and globally.
We organize workshops, design competitions, international conferences and a public festival with urban games, films, bike rides, discussions & public space interventions. Experts at reSITE Conference discuss inspiring urban projects from Moscow, Paris, New York, Prague, London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Hamburg and other world-class cities to exhibit how effective municipal leaders and financiers commissioned leading architects to improve their cities not just for today, but for generations. The inaugural festival and conference in 2012 were widely commended in the media, general public and professional groups.

reSITE is exploring the real economic, social and ecological value that smarter design adds to cities. We focus on processes and solutions ofpeople-centered cities. We hold several one-day events throughout the year and one festival that will always be centered on a major international conference to focus oncollaborative and innovative initiatives to improve waterfronts, public spaces and urban mobility. reSITE brings the energy and expertise that can catalyze Prague to utilize its most precious resources - people - to become amodern metropolis. The results of reSITE will be broadcast in local and international media and used to form effective working groups throughout Czech cities in order to build consensus on new priorities to innovate andregenerate Czech cities.
